The Scala Restaurant offers light Mediterranean cuisine with 15 Gault-Millau points. The Penthouse Spa Suites are luxurious and the views from the terrace are spectacular. The Montana Beach Club is a great place to relax.
Oh, I just adored the fact that they charge CHF 25 per day for private parking. How utterly delightful!

The penthouse suite with a hot tub on the private rooftop terrace was absolutely amazing! It offered breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Lucerne, the city, and the Alps. We loved soaking in the hot tub while enjoying the stunning scenery. It was a truly luxurious experience.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the free toiletries provided in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference.

The view from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from there. , being able to access the lake in just a minute was pretty cool. The complimentary mini bar was a nice touch, especially during the holidays.
Our experience was not great. The room we got was too small and not worth the money.

Staying at this hotel is a dream come true! It's located so close to the lake that you can see it from your room and simply take a walk there within a few minutes. It's also situated within a great shopping area, where you can buy souvenirs to take back home. For those interested in transportation, the museum is just around the corner. The room itself is stunning, with a hot tub on the balcony and an amazing view of the snowy mountains. The bathroom is spotless and the service is simply top-notch. Breakfast is delicious with a great variety of options to satisfy everyone.
The TV channel options could be better, but with all the beauty around, it's not really something to dwell on.

The hotel had a great location, close to the transport museum, shops, and the train station, making it convenient to explore the area. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice view. The staff was helpful and the restaurant served delicious food. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel had facilities like a jacuzzi and a coffee/tea maker in the room, adding to the convenience.
The shower was problematic, as the water shot out of the door and caused inconvenience and a safety hazard.
